We would like to invite you to download the PetsApp app as a new convenient, stress free way to interact with us here at Thistle Vets.

PetsApp can be used to book appointments, order food & medication , sign up for our Heath Plan, or just ask us questions through the chat function. It’s a quick and easy way for you to contact us at a time that is convenient to you, without worrying about having to wait on hold on the phone.

Our chat line is open during normal business hours, and all messages outside of these times will be dealt with the next day.

If you have an emergency please DO NOT use PetsApp but phone us as normal.
How to get PetsApp
You can sign up for PetsApp to your smartphone or desktop/laptop by:

Scanning the QR code for your nearest clinic, either Chesser or Clovenstone.

Visiting the PetsApp website

Following the widget at the bottom of this page.

Downloading PetsApp directly from your phone’s AppStore, there is no charge.
How to use PetsApp

Set up an account with your email address and a password.

Select Thistle Vets Chesser or Thistle Vets Clovenstone as your home practice.

Find your pet on the app database by providing simple information requested such as name, breed and age.

Then use PetsApp to contact us directly at anytime during business hours. EASY!
