I qualified as an RVN in 2006 and worked in small animal practice for 5 years, 2 of which were spent as head RVN at the branch surgery. I then moved to the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies to take up the role of Cancer and Wellness Nurse where I worked for 3 and a half years. During this time I sat my advanced veterinary nursing diploma through the Royal Veterinary College and graduated with Merit in 2015. I started at Thistle Vets in October of 2014 as Head RVN. I live with my husband, Border Terrier Milly, 2 cats and my horse in a small village on the outskirts of Bathgate.
